Paying Rent
Rent should be paid some time between the 24th and 28th of the month. For the convenience of our tenants, there are two ways to pay.
All tenants pay $175, unless otherwise agreed upon due to different accommodations agreements with Crashpadjoe.com, such as a single room or renting the master bedrooms etc...
Pay with Cash, Check, Money Order or Cashiers Check
Rent will generally be paid with cash, cashiers check, money order or personal check. The preferred method of payment for your circumstance will be discussed with you prior to moving in. We are usually very flexible with our fellow crewmembers.
